Our Story

Passed down through four generations (100+ years!), our flavourful and delicious pepper sauce has survived and thrived ever since Granny cooked up the iconic recipe in her lil’ kitchen in Trinidad.

From the hands of Granny to Grandpa, to Dad, and now to Neil, our sauces are just too damn good to keep to ourselves - and that’s why it’s now yours to enjoy too!

We are passionate about real food, which is why our ingredients are all natural. Our original recipe — passed down for over 100 years —was lovingly created with no additives, no preservatives, and no artificial colours or flavours. We make our sauce today the same way Granny used to all those years ago. With a passion for cooking from the age of 5, Neil believes everything you eat should be worthy of your taste buds. This sauce has been a staple in his fridge for his entire life, and we are thrilled for it to be a staple in yours as well.
