the Wine & Food Show

For over 15 years the London Wine & Food Show has been one of Ontario’s premier events, the London wine & Food Show samples some of the best wines, beers, spirits, ciders and cuisine our region has to offer. It is a must-attend event.

  • Exhibitors must provide proof of insurance and can either:

    OPTION 1: Provide a certificate of your own insurance from your liability insurer per the specifications

    below.

    MUST BE NAMED AS ADDITIONAL INSURED:

    Western Fair Association, 316 Rectory St, London, ON N5W 3V9

    Corporation of the City of London, 300 Dufferin Ave, London, ON N6A 4L9

    SPECIFICATIONS: General Liability insurance coverage of at least $2,000,000 inclusive of bodily injury and/or property damage per occurrence during the occupancy period of January 10-14 2024.

    CONDITIONS: It is a condition of your contract to hold harmless the Western Fair Association and the Corporation of the City of London against all charges of liability. Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in immediate termination of your contract, forfeiting all monies deposited and removal from the show without further consultation or financial recourse against Western Fair Association. Exhibitors who do not have Comprehensive General Liability insurance are deemed personally liable. Further, the Owner reserves the right to require the Exhibitor to provide any additional insurance coverage as may be required by the Owner in the circumstances of any undertaking carried on by the Exhibitor, it’s servants, agents, employees or otherwise on the Owner’s premises.

    OPTION 2: You may obtain insurance coverage from the official insurance provider for the Western Fair District, Vendor Insurance LTD. This company specializes in special event insurance and offers inexpensive exhibitors insurance. See the exhibitor portal insurance task for this form.

  • Exhibitor badges will be available for pickup during move-in from the show office, and at the entrance to the show once it opens. Please see more details sent with your move-in package.

  • Agriplex Facility Address:

    Shipments will be accepted after the first day of move-in. If you need to make a shipment before this time, please contact our show provider, Boneyard Event Services.

  • Please note this is no on-site crate storage in the Agriplex. If you need additional curtains for storage in your booth, please let our show team know during move-in. Crates may be stored outside along the back fence line of the Agriplex.

  • Agriplex:

    20’ wide by 19’ tall (Arena)

    20’ wide by 16’ tall (Pavilion)

  • First Aid and security are located in the Agriplex show office (North corner of the pavilion).

  • During set up all gates and parking lots will be open.

    Please do not park in any designated fire lanes or ‘no parking’ zones.

    Exhibitors are recommended to park in the lot on the corner of Rectory and York street.

    Any large equipment or trailers must be parked in this area.
