Juice Joint feat. Amanda Movio

Juice Joint

Juice Joint is a seven-piece jazz-fusion and hip-hop band based in London, Ontario, that formed while working on a student recording project at Fanshawe College. The group had immediate chemistry, which inspired bandleader Nathan Nykor to seize the opportunity and take it further, composing original instrumental music for the band in the same realm as Casiopea, Robert Glasper, and Jamiroquai. Since then, Juice Joint has played over 40 shows, including opening for Toronto based jazz band, Moneka Arabic Jazz, neo-soul fusion band Bitter & Broke and accompanying R&B artist Eleanor Gebrou. Juice Joint has also been running a very successful bi-weekly jam session at a local bar, where the band plays a short-set and then attendees are encouraged to jam with them. On April 19, 2024, Juice Joint released their first single, titled "Grapevine”, and on May 3, 2024 they released their debut album.
